Lynn, I hear there's a cohousing meet-up in the Twin Cities, apparently you get there by going to Might be a place to advertise. I've never checked it out, but heard about it when Golden Girls Homes had a meeting here on Monday night. (Filmed by PBS for Nightly News, they interviewed me on cohousing as a housing option for seniors also. Don't know when it will air, we'll probably get just 1-2 days' notice.)
