Folk School Friends,

You currently receive announcements and messages related to the Hopework
Folk School via the "COMMUNITY_LEARNING" listserv
(COMMUNITY_LEARNING [at] LISTS.UMN.EDU). We have recently switched to a
different listserv and are changing the name of the list. You are now
subscribed to the "Hopework" list and can send messages to everyone
subscribed to the list by sending a message using the address
Hopework-L [at] hopework.org

The COMMUNITY_LEARNING listserv will soon be discontinued.

Messages from the new Hopework list will have "[Hopework]" on the
subject line to help you identify the source of messages and facilitate
sorting messages in your "inbox."

A new feature of the Hopework list is that you will now control your own
subscription to the list by going to the Hopework list's information
page ( http://lists.hopework.org/mailman/listinfo/hopework-l ). By
accessing this page, you may subscribe yourself to the list at a new
address, unsubscribe yourself from the list, or temporarily stop
receiving e-mail from the list. A link to this page can be found on
Hopework's home page ( http://hopework.org ) and at the bottom of each
message you receive from the Hopework list.

Archives of messages previously sent from the COMMUNITY_LEARNING list
and all messages sent via the new Hopework list will be available for
review at
http://www.hopework.org
